Howdy everyone! Let’s do our check in for the first week of NaNoWriMo! The as yet unnamed final project is in progress. Let’s look at this week’s stats….
- Words Written: 11,417 Words!
- Chapters Written: 6 (Starting on 7)
- Average words written per day (according to NaNoWriMo’s website) 1,427
- Characters introduced: 5
- Characters killed: 0 (not that I’d tell you)
- Number of days in a row I’ve typed: 8
So far so good! The goal is still around 50,000 words, but if the story ends itself beforehand, then I’ll take it for what it is. I’m excited for this! Can’t wait to give you another update. If you’re looking to add me as a friend on the big NaNo website, send me a message here and let me know.
Goals for the next week: Hit 25,000 words (slightly ahead of where NaNo thinks you should be) and at least 12 chapters, plus a working name.
